Howard's Appliance TV & Mattress

I wanted to share my experience with Howard's Fullerton . From the moment I reached out to them, I felt truly cared for. The team went above and beyond to help me with my range purchase, and I can't thank Johnny enough for his wonderful support in our purchase and arranging our delivery. The communication throughout the process was fantastic, and everything arrived right on time. Our new range not only looks amazing but also works perfectly! I wholeheartedly give them an A+.

Purchased the Speed Queen TR7 Ultra Quiet from Howard's. We called three times after we purchased to set up the delivery and they didnt answer. We left voicemails, and they didn't get back to us. We decided to go to the store to schedule the delivery and they tolds us " We always answer the phones". Hmmm, interesting. That wasn't our experience. Once it once it was delivered, we ran a load and found the washer was making a terrible noise that sounds like a car without a muffler. We tried to contact them but they never answered yet again. We had to drive to the location to talk with them. We showed them the video of the sounds and they directed us to contacted the manufacturer. It felt like they were dismissing us. We contacted the manufacturer and the woman, Linda, was extremely rude. They are supposed to be coming out next week to look at it but I'm completely shocked that this place has 4 stars plus. They don't answer the phones. Called them and the phone rang for 45 minutes. Thankfully, I was sitting in traffic with nothing to do. Finally, they answered. They once again gave me the run around. Its very frustrating to purchase a new washer and it comes defective. We now have to wait 10 days for them to come out to look at it. This experience has been a nightmare. There is a lack of compassion or accountability and professionalism on Howard's part. It seems like they are happy to take your money and then once they do, you're on your own.

The reason I bought the Samsung refrigerator at this store (even though prices are more expensive here) is because of the faster delivery date compared to other places. However, THIS WAS A HUGE MISTAKE! When the refrigerator arrived, it was already noticeable damaged in three different areas. Most importantly, the back of the fridge had an enormous dent that went all the way into the motor. When I called the store to request another fridge, the store manager said to wait another 3 days. ANOTHER 3 DAYS OF BEING INCONVENIENCED BY GOING TO BUY HUGE ICE BAGS EVERYDAY TO FILL OUR OLD FRIDGE IN ORDER TO KEEP OUR FOOD FROM GOING BAD. If this wasn’t bad enough, the store manager was extremely rude and condescending. I should have bought from another place…

Carol Ann was very friendly and helpful with our search for a replacement wall oven. The model we were looking for was not in stock but she found a model on sale online. We took delivery of the new oven within two days. The installers were friendly and efficient. We will return to Howards for any of our future appliance needs.

Julio and his partner were very good with delivery and setup of our LG refrigerator. Set quite fast actually. Howard’s was very good as well. Don was amazing.
