Howard's Appliance TV & Mattress

Went in to buy some Big Green Egg accessories when they were liquidating them out of inventory. Sarkis was super kind and helpful, even brought me a cart so I could load up my haul and bring it to the register. He patiently entered each piece by SKU and had to manually apply the discount for each line item (of 34 items!). He didn't complain, all while directing other customers to his associates and fielding a ringing phone. Service was exceptional, everyone there was super kind and helpful. It's not close to where I live, but I certainly wouldn't hesitate to shop here again. I'd endorse giving Howard's a chance if your are appliance shopping!

Very nice staff member Dave. Warm, friendly, no pressure, and gave us space. He was attentive, and made us feel like family. We honestly would have purchased from him, but the store had very limited stock. Many of the models/options on display were not in fact available. The hand full that were available were not the best rated by consumer reports/the internet. They do next day delivery for free, but you have to complete the sale before 3pm the day before. There is $40 hail away fee for your old appliance. Pretty nice space, plenty of parking. We ended up going with Costco (free delivery and haul away) with purchase; but two days before delivery. Largely went with Costco because they had the better models in stock. Props to Dave. Great guy! Sorry the inventory was too low to close the sale on a desired model.

I went to Howard's for a specific refrigerator I had seen online, but turns out I found an even better one. Mr. Edward was very helpful answering my questions and letting me take my time until I made my final choice. I didn't even know my Howard's card was so old I had to update it to use it 😅 Had it delivered a week a later since they were out of stock. Delivery guys came and took my old fridge and put in the new one. So pretty.

Highly recommended. My fridge needed replacing urgently(live in a house with narrow doors), so I need a side=by=side counter depth to fit. Howard's prices are usually competitive and they were the cheapest on the model I wanted. But Howard's really shone with delivery; on time super-quick and very thoughtful and informative. I had great service and will return whenever I need a kitchen appliance.

The shopping in the store was very easy. Everybody was quick to help me. Everybody was professional. The delivery guys were outstanding
