Idaho Mattress Outlet - Pocatello - Benton St

This place is fantastic! My fiancée and I had amazing help from the staff on picking the right mattress. She answered all of our questions confidently and patiently. We picked up a king mattress for an incredible deal and after a few nights, our aches and pains are gone. I highly recommend this fantastic mattress store!

We stopped in on Memorial Day afternoon. The employees were incredibly polite and extremely helpful. They helped us find the mattress we needed with no fuss and no up-selling, and then carried it out to our vehicle. This is the best mattress shopping experience I've ever had. Fantastic! Thank you!

Jake P. was so helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. We found the perfect mattress for us by the 2nd one he showed us, after we told him how we sleep and what we preferred. Then we went through and tried all of the mattresses on the floor, to make sure he got it right. He did! There was no pressure to buy that day. They have multiple payment options available if you need it. He was available via email and text, after we left for any of our questions. Ships to your home and everything. Highly recommend!

Mario helped me find just what i needed. He was very knowledgeable about the mattresses and sleep accessories. I highly recommend checking out the mattress outlet before going elsewhere to get a new mattress. Bonus they have great bundles for getting new bedding to go with your comfy new mattress.

Walking in the front door Emily J greeted me right away and helped me find a mattress that worked perfect for our sleep positions. She was very knowledgeable in each mattress she showed me and let me know about the warranties and the 30 day sleep trial since my husband and I have very different sleep styles. I was having a bad hectic week and her demeanor and personality and willingness to find the perfect mattress Brightened up my day and took alot of stress away. She made picking out a mattress fun and not stressful. The next day I returned and was greeted by Emily O and once again this other employee greeted us quickly and seemed like mattress outlet was the best place to work. She quickly got out mattress for us and helped us get it loaded. We were in and out within a couple minutes. Hands down best place.
