Delivery guys were almost 3 hours late (2hrs & 40 minutes to be exact) for scheduled delivery and find out they forgot the boards that holds the mattress. They were supposed to bring them the next day, but It’s going on the third day sleeping with our Mattress on the floor. They also don’t answer the phone if you call.

View on GoogleVery unprofessional, doesn’t communicate nor keep you updated on shipping . Unorganized and the sells rep goes under the table to make sells . You’ll get told one thing and it’ll be totally different. Basically just a cat and mouse game . The manager has an attitude and tries her best to get you out the door if you complain . It’s very frustrating dealing with this company. If I can give a zero I definitely would . Plus there are cats running around the store throwing up on some of the furniture. Be mindful when shopping here .
