December 11th I stopped in mattress direct for the first time. The sales person Ellis open the door for my 92 yr old mother an myself. That was very polite of him. He greeted us with a warm smile. He was very patient and helpful in making the right selection. He was not in a hurry to make a sale but very attentive of our needs. Ellis helped us with a great bargain. I will definitely shop their again.
