I personally worked with Jay and he was magnificent. He helped me find a wonderful mattress within my budget. Additionally, I want to give a shout to all staff that was on shift today. They both were attentive, welcoming, and most importantly knowledgeable of the material of the store to make the process quick and easy. 5 stars but for sure 10/10 rating. Go check them out.

I was happy with Angelo's customer help and concern. He was very knowledgeable about all brands which helped with my decision to purchase my Sterns and Foster mattress again. A prior customer of his had highly recommended him, and he lived up to my expectations. I thank him for that. I forgot to add that a sales lady, Theresa, stepped in to start showing me different products and answering my questions until Angelo was available. She was very friendly and helpful. And I thank her for that.

Angelo was excellent to work with! He was very, very knowledgeable and patient with us!! He answered all of our questions and even stayed after hours to assist us! When I eventually realized the time was after close, because he never gave us any inclination of the time, he put us at ease and told us to not be in a hurry. Rare find! If I’m being brutally honest, the main reason we decided to purchase the mattress is because of the terrific customer service!!! He did mention that they are trained very well and it showed! I will be sending friends and family! Thank you so much Angelo!!!!!

Jay and Derrick helped me this week. Each had unique insights to share. I appreciate being educated as a consumer. This week’s experience has immensely helped me overcome my disappointment in the failure of the mattress I bought in September. Derrick’s personal experience with mattresses, his professional demeanor, and his diligent research were invaluable. Thank you both!

I don’t normally write reviews but I felt like I had to today after I had an overwhelmingly positive experience. Earlier today I went to a mattress store and felt very pressured to buy a mattress the salesmen were very pushy trying to get me to buy the most expensive mattresses. When I went into mattress firm I met Javarea. He went through multiple mattresses with me helping me find one I would like. He was never pushy and showed me multiple mattresses that ranged in price. From expensive to cheap. He also helped me pick a mattress I felt most comfortable on and was very knowledgeable telling me about the different types. I know anyone would say it’s just his job to do things like that but I feel he went above and beyond. He was friendly and wasn’t a robot like every other salesperson I’ve met 🤣 I ended up buying a really nice mattress thanks to Javarea. I am very happy I came to this store
