Her customer service was top-tier! The delivery and set up was just as impressive—right on time, smooth, and done in under 30 minutes. Fast, efficient, and incredibly professional. I went in to find a new bedroom suite for my new house. The people there were very helpful and made choosing the best suite for me an easy decision. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. The delivery people were efficient and polite, and had patience in helping the articles being put in the right places. I would certainly choose them again in the future.

My experience was wonderful sales clerk was awesome. I forgot my purse at home. She said wait you go get it. I had to go get my purse. They was patient and very friendly.

Cynthia from Ivan furniture on Pines Road location is refreshing and absolutely honest. She has an inner sense and thus pairs you up with what is best for you. She’s not that hovering sales person and is very professional. Since my item was sizable to fit into my vehicle i chose to pick it up myself. The warehouse worker was amazing, respectful of my vehicle and handle my property with care. Even as much as he did all the lifting work he offered me a bottle of water. I hope Ivan furniture treat their workers as well as the workers treat the customer.

My experience shopping for new furniture was awesome. Cynthia was amazing & she gave my family and I excellent Customer Service. I will recommend if you need furniture go to the Pines Rd location and ask for Cynthia, she is Great! 😃 Update: The delivery guys Timothy and Tommy was professional, friendly and did a wonderful job getting our furniture moved in and set up as quickly and safely as possible!
