While furnishing my new home, Natalie consistently provided comprehensive assistance: her knowledge, approachability, patience, and willingness to offer informed opinions were invaluable throughout the selection process. The delivery team demonstrated considerable care when installing the furniture, reflecting a strong attention to detail. The team lead addressed all of my questions thoroughly. Their performance met a high standard of quality. Andy Jernigan truly leads an outstanding team at the Goldsboro store. I am especially grateful to Natalie for her exemplary customer service. I am extremely pleased with my furniture selections; they enhance the aesthetic of my new home beautifully!

Pat was an excellent salesman. I was searching for a recliner for my bedroom, and he was incredibly patient with us. There was no pressure at all. He gave us the space and time we needed to make the right decision, and we spent quite a while trying out different recliners. His approach made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend him if you’re in the market for new furniture.

Jernigan furniture in Zebulon had a beautiful bedroom set that I love! I had to check one measurements before I purchased and actually bought and paid for by text. That was so convenient too. April was great to work with. She wrote up a quote for me before I left the store. She is so easy to work with. And I had my furniture delivered in 3 days. The delivery team was great. Furniture was handled with care and placed exactly where I wanted it. I have also purchased from Jernigans in Goldsboro. Thanks April.

I recently visited your new store and wanted to share my wonderful experience. I was greeted by Pat, who was very welcoming and helpful. Although I couldn't find exactly what I was looking for on the sales floor, I showed Pat a few pieces that had the elements I wanted. He offered to check his resources to see if he could locate the right item for me. Within two hours, Pat messaged me to let me know he had found exactly what I was looking for.
