Queen City Homestore

This was my first experience using Queen City, and I would recommend them without hesitation. Christopher was so helpful, patient in searching for exactly what I wanted and problem solving with me the issues around availability of the exact color I wanted which is discontinued. Highly recommend!

From start to finish, if you're looking for a great hometown experience, this is the place to start looking for what you want in appliances, furniture or other items for your home. My wife and I went there looking for appliances. We met John. Absolutely no pressure during the sales process. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in us making our decision.

We needed to purchase a recliner due to my husband‘s upcoming rotator cuff surgery. His surgery is on his right shoulder, so we decided to get an electric recliner since he was going to be unable to use a pull lever (which John, the store manager, pointed out). The recliner is super comfortable and very spacious! Whenever my husband is able to sleep in a bed again, I have already claimed the recliner for future use! Great staff, great process, don’t buy anywhere else!

My girlfriend and I were looking for a washer and dryer for our new home and were helped by Kati. She was amazing! She was so welcoming and friendly when we first entered the store and wasn’t pushy at all. We felt so comfortable working with her because she was very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and gave us the best customer service we had ever received that within a few minutes, we felt we had know her our whole lives. Definitely ask for Kati when you visit! We will definitely recommend her to all our friends and family!

Christopher was awesome to deal with and got us the refrigerator we wanted and able to get it same day. Financing was super easy. Will definitely be back to get other furnishings for our home.
