Furniture Fair

My experience was wonderful! I was looking for a TV stand for my 86” tv my husband bought me for my Valentine Day. I had stopped at a local establishment which did not speak until I was walking out the door nor did they ask if I needed help! So I left without purchasing anything and talking to no one. I took the chance on visiting furniture fair on Ash Street of Goldsboro and upon my arrival I was hesitant to go in because of my previous experience, but there was a young lady working by the name of Kiley (I hope it’s spelled right) made me feel like I mattered, she spoke and smiled immediately, which got my attention. Kiley worked diligently on getting me what I wanted, and because of her dedication I was willing to buy an extra piece of furniture just to make sure it worked. She did a fantastic job and I wanted to make sure her boss knew it! I made it my business to tell him what a great job she did. I made my purchase, left as a satisfied customer. Thank you Kiley for making a difference!

If I could give no stars I would. Scam store. Sales associates have no knowledge couldn't answer questions. Had to look item ourselves. Wanted copy of id to run bank card for purchases. Was told they don't do assembly but website sayes otherwise and was told they are doing it as a courtesy to us. Was charged more for the smaller version of the bed and then wanted to charge 219 dollars to deliver to my house 15 mins away. Receipt said we declined protection but were never offered a warranty or were told all sales were final. Manager Chris was 100 percent rude wouldn't recommend this store to my enemy stay away manager Chris worst I've ever seen.

Awesome. First time experience at Furniture Fair Goldsboro NC. Marie did outstanding job of finding piece wanted as last one in State. Brad further assisted by expediting delivery thanks to the help of Eric running off to Wilmington to get our new piece.....thank you to all and appreciate your efforts.... definitely recommend you see these folks and let them assist you..

Ordered furniture to be delivered. One piece came in damaged. They took one look and said that they would have a replacement delivered in a couple of days. Above and beyond my expectations. Outstanding service and stand behind the product. I expected to have to jump through hoops in order to get this situation handled, this was the smoothest process. Great folks to work with.

Sales people are nice. Delivery and set up is poor quality. The delivery guys did not put together the furniture properly.
