Johnson Furniture

Terrible customer service. Stanton referred me to him as a service contact. He gave me the runaround about facilitating service with Stanton. After saying that he would help and giving me his email to send him a photo of the serial numbers, he didn’t reply as he said he would. When I called him back a week and a half later he pussyfooted around that he didn’t want to do it anymore at all. We would not recommend them to our family or friends.

We ordered a custom couch and swivel chair from Johnson Furniture, and we were so happy with both the furniture and the prices! Plus, the communication for when the items were ready, and they delivered them to our home. It was a great experience from beginning to end! We will be coming back for all our future needs! Highly recommend!

Scott and his sidekick were awesome, I never measured my end tables but he recommended and suggested a way to get my furniture in and my room looks great. He even helped me move it all into place . Thank you it was great experience. Highly recommend.

Johnson's Furniture is the only place my family and I will go to get furniture. My Dad on down to all my siblings. They are our go to furniture store. Great selection, fair prices, wonderful customer service and the owners are amazing! Truly family owned and operated!

Excellent customer service with good prices. Recently very courteous and helpful with a manufacture's warranty. Quickly helped me...with a smile and handshake! Wish I could give them 7 stars!!
