Mattress World Northwest Sherwood

What a great experience! Rudy was such a professional! very knowledgeable and patient with us during our mattress selection. We also, very much appreciated the fact that he did not try to upsell us, which had been our previous experience. Hope he’s still around for our next mattress purchase!

Very friendly, professional, and helpful. Did not apply pressure and even made sure to explain that a sale would be honored if I came back at a later date so I could think things over. Super knowledgeable and made the experience as simple as possible by narrowing down to a few options that best fit what I was looking for. Would recommend to anybody buying a mattress or other items and services offered by them. Great service. Great knowledge. Great value.

Worked with Rudy, came in knowing nothing ended up learning so much. Needed a mattress for my father and left with the best possible set-up, for him. Couldn’t recommend him, his wisdom and customer service more! Thank you Rudy!

I want to start out by saying, that if I could have given Shelly a 10 star rating I would have done it. I had been to a couple of mattress stores before coming to mattress world, just doing my due diligence. The first store never acknowledged us until we started walking out the door, where Shelley greeted us as soon as we walked in the door. I was looking to purchase 3 mattresses for my grandkids, Shelley showed us multiple styles and my grandkids chose the style that fit them the best. The store was clean and bright and just felt welcoming. I also made some accessory purchases, mattress covers and a Hollywood frame. It was a great experience and very easy. I will definitely recommend this store to my friends and acquaintances. I have to say that I believe what made the experience so great was your salesperson Shelly, she was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Included is a picture of my grandkids on the mattress we purchased.

Very friendly staff. Rudy was great, he took our cost priorities seriously with no questions, and didnt try to upsell us to a more expensive model. He got us a great affordable model that was perfect for us.
