Alvaro Tapia was a great salesman! He was very knowledgable and helpful as we picked out a new personal mattress. He answered all our questions and set us at ease. We ended up going back to order a new mattress set for our guest room for delivery at the same time. The two delivery personnel were also awesome: they called when we expected, gave a great timeline and arrived when they said they would. Thank you for a great experience start to finish! We would highly recommend!!!
View on GoogleIt was a pleasure buying a mattress from Bed Mart and Newberg. Both representatives I had dealt with were very helpful and informative. They’ve been over backwards to accommodate me. I liked them so well I bought my friend a mattress. If you live in McMinnville Newberg or Sherwood I strongly suggest you check out Bed Mart, their local, friendly and very accommodating.
View on GoogleBen was awesome. He had lots of info on all mattresses. Ben made the purchase of a new bed and base easy. I would highly recommend.
View on GoogleBen is very knowledgeable and positive!! Beyond great service!!! Santiago and Kevin are the quickest and smoothest delivery servicemen!!! They took care of the removal of the older mattress, moving the mattress originally on our bed to the second bedroom and putting the new mattress on the master bed in under 10 minutes; all with smiles and positive attitudes. All these men do their jobs well above and beyond duty!!! I will go back to them for our bed needs again and again!!!! Also my wife approves of this review!!!
View on GoogleBen was extremely helpful with my mattress purchase!! Very helpful and professional. Thanks Ben!
