i purchased a queen mattress, box spring, and frame from Johnson's Home Furnishings on Tuesday, Feb. 3, 2026, after reading the reviews of this place. I am pleased to say I was NOT disappointed. I was met with friendly, polite, helpful, and patient assistance in finding exactly what I wanted at a decent price. Delivery & setup was quick and professional. I would 100% recommend this family-owned business to anyone! They more than met my expectations. I will be returning for any future home furnishing needs.

The 2 delivery men were very respectful and personable. Great job to all and everyone at the store have a Merry Christmas. Thank you, Cathy and Donnie Brown.
View on GoogleWe recently purchased a sofa and two rocker recliners. There were lots of choices in the showroom. We are very happy with our purchase. Everyone at the store is nice and friendly. They answer questions but don’t hover over as you shop. We were able to order an ottoman to match our sofa that will arrive soon. Delivery of our sofa happened on the same day of purchase! The delivery team was very accommodating with delivery and took good care of our furniture.
View on GoogleFrom the moment I entered the store, my experience was friendly, professional and welcoming. Everyone I spoke with made me feel they were available without being pushy. Even the delivery was pleasant, on time and quickly arranged. Another store in Athens was going to charge $119 for delivery, the same as a store in Knoxville was charging. Johnson’s was less than half of that. I will definitely shop at Johnson’s in the future.
