Shane Osgood was so helpful and accommodating. He really knows his stuff when it comes to mattresses. After going through a return, he guided me to finding something that works. The Tea Leaf Dream is THE one!! Very happy with this new mattress and thanks to Shane especially for his awesome assistance and care!

We really like the mattress. Bought the mid range. Was skeptical but slept on one at a friends home in LA. Extremely comfortable, my wife comments on it and it is superior comfort. I rejected 3 other commercial mattresses and kept this .

We love our Keetsa Pillow Plus, and have been sleeping on it for over a year now. I love crawling into the comfort of this mattress every night. It has held up great so far, we have probably been using it for 15 months or so. We took our time at the showroom with this purchase and Shane was so friendly and patient with us while we tried the mattresses in the store. I always highly recommend this mattress and store to anyone and happy to say I am still satisfied with this purchase over a year later.

Currently sleeping on our new Keetsa Luxe Comfort Layer Shane recommended to us. He took time explaining benefits of the materials and offered other considerations outside of a usual sales pitch. Shane was ultimately the reason we moved forward on our first purchase at Keetsa, and will likely buy more bedding at a later date. I am not a complainer type but a mattress is a big purchase for people so had to share the down the road experience. 2 and then 6 years in on a replacement —These mattresses don’t hold up. And they don’t honor the warranty unless the mattress is a total egregious fail. First one was a disaster after 2 years. They replaced it and now again (!) sides are sloped 1.5” and springs are collapsed in multiple spots and especially on the sides. Bummed to have to buy a new mattress again so soon. Definitely won’t be from Keetsa. Note: It’s just me and my husband being relatively lightweight people. Very mild use.
