When you first walk in the store, you’re hit with a NASTY in-your-face mold and musty smell. Not sure if they had a flood but the carpet smelled like it had been soaked in an old basement 12 years ago. Yuck. I even saw BUGS (box elder bug, not kidding) crawling on a few pieces of furniture. Secondly, the furniture was all 4x the price of any other local furniture store. Third, the young staff sat around and hid behind the counter on their phones. Will never return.
View on GoogleVery friendly family-run business with a great selection of furniture. It is a bit expensive, but the quality is definitely there. Most of the furniture in my home bears the Ken Michaels Furniture brand, and I'm proud of that!
View on GoogleAttentive sales staff. Excellent selection of leather furniture. After shopping in & around the Milwaukee area for 6+ weeks we found what we were looking for and it was on sale! Highly recommend
