I really enjoy this store and the amazing customer service from Mrs. Angie and Mr. Thurmel. Great prices and I only paid $50 for my $600 mattress through American First Finance. Thank you for everything.

I had an amazing experience at Mattress By Appointment! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm, friendly service that instantly made me feel comfortable. The staff truly went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for. They took the time to answer all my questions, explain the differences between the mattresses, and made the entire process stress-free. I ended up choosing the Spruce, hands down the best mattress in the store! It’s a luxury king-size mattress that feels like sleeping on a cloud. The quality is unmatched, and you can tell it’s built to last. What really impressed me was how quickly and smoothly the whole process went. They made sure I got the perfect mattress for my needs and had me out the door in no time.
