It was a very good and quick experience. I told the salesperson exactly what I wanted. She was extremely knowledgeable about the furniture, knew where everything located and encouraged me to actually try things out. She went over the details of my estimate and even tried to get me a discount. Overall it was a pleasant experience.
View on GoogleCame in to redo my contract a couple weeks ago sales people were good. When it came down to redo my contract because I wanted to add on something Jenna helped me be able to do it. You can walk into a business and can tell who likes their job and who doesn’t. She made sure I was taken care of and explained everything to me in detail. If anybody wants to get furniture at Kimbrells make sure Jenna helps you out when it comes down to financing or even making a payment

Everyone was so friendly, patient, and truly cared about helping me find exactly what I needed. The manager went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied, and it’s clear that customer service is a top priority here. It’s rare to find a team that treats you like family, and that’s exactly how Kimbrell’s made me feel. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality furniture and outstanding service!
View on GoogleThe sales person, Ilene, was very helpful and listened to my preferences to help me find a piece of furniture that was right for me. She was not pushy and didn't pressure me. The furniture was fairly priced and the store was nice and clean. This is my first time shopping at Kimbrell's, and I will go back. They also had a Mother's Day Shopping Spree that customers could sign up for! Thank you for the great service today!
View on GoogleTerry was amazing and made the furniture buying experience easy. He never pressured us into buying something we weren’t comfortable and/or happy with. Prices were cheaper than at other furniture stores. The setup fee is included with delivery unlike at other stores.
