If there were only a way to give zero or stars!!! We purchased a sofa here many years ago, and the service was satisfactory, so we were expecting nothing more/nothing less on our recent purchase of another sofa. Though the price was reasonable, the customer service was nonexistent at best. We explained our situation, as we were in need of a new sofa that would be available within a week. We were promised exactly that. Three days after the guaranteed delivery date, we called to follow up, as we had not heard from them. We were told that we would receive a call back - we did not. We called again the following day with the same exact experience. The third day we called it went to voicemail so we left a detailed message asking politely for a return phone call so we could make some type of plan as we had no sofa and two large events at our home within a few days - still no response. Today we came to the store in person and were told that it would be on the next delivery truck from the manufacturer to the store. When we asked why we hadn’t received a return phone call we were told “I was just about to call you” Hmm… When we explained (once again) our dilemma and suggested we take the floor model temporarily until the sofa we purchased arrived, we were told we could take the floor model, but would not be receiving the new sofa. When we asked if there would be a discount for taking the floor model we got big shake of the head and were told the floor model is new. We gave up and asked if we could take it now. “Yes” and then back to their own conversation. No apologies, no offer of help, nothing at all! I never leave reviews unless I have something nice to say, but this experience was truly awful.

Bought a couch yesterday. Owner told me it would be delivered today at 2:30. It's 4:30 I'm still waiting. I've called the store numerous times....they have nit returned my phone call or picked up the phone once in 24 hlurs. I'll keep you updated and leave a good review if I here from the soon. I mean REALLY SOON.

Helpful and patient people as I browsed several options in the store. I bought my living room set from them, and on a later date, a daybed. Stress free process and they delivered it to my house in a timely manner for a reasonable price, considering how far the drive is.

My husband and I went in about an hour before closing and decided on a couch. Brenda was very helpful and super nice. We decided to pickup our furniture instead of delivery. Brenda and her husband stayed after hours while we ran and got a truck and helped us load our couch in the rain. They are very nice people and we really enjoyed our experience. 😊 The couch is exactly the one we wanted and we are very satisfied. We got it at a better price than the one we were looking at in Ashley’s.

We received great customer service and our furniture is fabulous. The price was extraordinary compared to other outlets! We highly recommend you visit this establishment and do not let the negative input sway your decision to not at least check it out👍
