Ashley Store

Richard Wilson went beyond the call of duty helping us decide on our bedroom furniture. He was so patient and kind. And the store manager was helpful in changing a few things for us.

We had such a wonderful experience at Ashley thanks to Shaun. From the moment we walked in, he immediately greeted us and was incredibly helpful from start to finish. I had just recently moved to Redding for work and was debating whether to invest in something long-term or just buy something temporary for now. Shaun was extremely patient throughout the entire process. He helped us with pricing and negotiations, while also giving my family and me the space and privacy to discuss everything comfortably without ever feeling pressured. Truly the definition of professionalism. What stood out most was his genuine connection and kindness. He made the experience feel personal rather than transactional. I ultimately decided on two Tildan loveseats since my space is on the smaller side, and they ended up being the perfect fit. Shaun even went above and beyond by offering to help my parents find the perfect mattress as well. Overall, an amazing experience. Highly recommend asking for Shaun if you stop by Ashley in Redding!

I absolutely love ashley! And I absolutely adore the sales people there! At first, when I walked in, I thought everyone was going to mow us down to get us to buy something, that was not the case at all! They were gracious, gave us all the time we needed and I had to go up to them to tell them what I wanted to buy LOL I will shop there every time I need furniture! Thank you Ashley and Russ!❣️

I’ve taken my business to Ashley a number of times and I get absolutely excellent customer service each and every time I go. A big shout out to Rich for his exceptional customer service and his diligence in helping me find exactly what I needed. He went above and beyond to help me, and it was greatly appreciated. Ashley has a great product line, great selection, and are so very easy to work with… and very reasonably priced! I recommend them to anyone looking for furniture.

My boyfriend I have been looking for a couch for a long time. Moving into a new home the timing was right. Reid helped us out and gave us space when we needed to find the perfect couch that met both of our needs. We went to look and after many stores and couches sat on we customized one that we both liked. I chose the color and my significant other chose the construction. Reid was personable and made it such a smooth process from start to finish. We are looking forward to the delivery. A woman also assisted us at the end by giving us a few empty boxes for our move. So fun and excellent service. Thank you for making this special purchase extra special for both of us this is a dream coutch
