Lehnen's Furniture & Mattress

1) They were very nice even when I said I just came here to look around and spent an hour trying all the sofas. 2) Products were reasonably priced and many discounted products were available too. 3) After delivery, my sofa had a small issue on the armrest and they sent the repairman real quick. It turns out the sofa was okay - they assembled a bit loose. Anyhow I liked their responses and customer services.

Do not buy furniture from them. We waited 6 months for a couch, and when it broke within the first year, we assumed we must have done something to it to cause it. A year later, I was having a difficult time finding someone who could repair it, and I finally called Lehnen's for a recommendation. I then dropped it off, and I noticed when they had it overturned, that there was nothing of substance holding the couch together underneath. I said this to the repair person, and he nodded but then said, "We'll get you taken care of." They called later to say the couch would cost over $400 to repair. She acknowledged the couch was of poor quality and that she had called the manufacturer to say so. I told them I wasn't interested in paying that fee due to the poor quality I was sold in the first place, and that I would be picking the couch up and leaving a review. She got angry, and hung up on me. She called again later to say they went ahead and made the repairs, I could pick it up, and there would be no charge. As you can see from thr pictures, I'm so glad I didn't have to pay for these "repairs." Our couch is still broken and sags. Poor quality build, poor customer care, poor repairs.

After waiting 4 months from Furniture Row, I walked in, I was greeted by Jami & Mike and they helped me find the perfect couch!! Had it in stock and was delivered within a few days!! I will NEVER shop anywhere else, also got the cutest Grandma rocker/swivel recliner 💥💥

This furniture store is a complete failure when it comes to prices and delivery fees. I recently looked at two sofas. Was given the prices. I then found out after going to two other stores in lafayette area, the sane sofas were being sold for almost $200 less! Plus you can find the sofas on the Ashley online site, where their online retail price is just over $100 less. As for delivery was quoted $149. Where as Ashley and Star both charge only $89. I think they prey on the unsuspecting customer that does not do comparison shopping and buys on impulse. I would check out Ashley or Star furniture instead, or even order online, and get the same pieces at lower cost with lower delivery.

DO NOT. i repeat do NOT buy anything from here !!! Nick was the person who attended to us while I was looking for a new bed for my new home on the week of a sale. He explained the bed I purchased for $400 would come in brand new from the “Kokomo warehouse” and I would get a call when it’s ready to be picked up. I never received a call. I called yesterday 40 minutes before they closed, to be told by an older woman that I purchased a dresser and that she had no idea what I was talking about and someone would call me the next day by 11. I didn’t receive a call. I called this afternoon, to be told that I actually bought the floor model and that the manager Chris put my order in for a dresser in the “middle of the night accidentally” I was never told that I was buying the floor model and if I knew I was getting that, I would never have purchased it. I was apologized to and told I could come get the bed anytime. Told that they have no access to get a new one shipped to the location. I called later to explain I was under the influence that I was paying for a NEW bed and that’s what I should get. After arguing a bit, Chris finally said he could give me my money back, which is what I agreed to. On another hand while we were shopping Nick sat on a corner of a bed and cracked a piece of wood underneath the mattress, then continued to say it was the one that broke last week, and now your selling it to customers still for over $200??? Now why would anyone want to buy a floor model after experiencing that. Just look at these reviews in the first place. Such shitty customer service, thanks for my money back tho, should’ve been offered to me in the first place. Don’t get scammed from Lehnens.
