Levin Furniture & Mattress

Here's a review you can post on Levin Furniture's website, Google, or social media: We recently purchased a couch and dresser from Levin Furniture, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Our salesperson was outstanding—knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful. What we appreciated most was that they understood the balance between being available to answer questions and giving us space to browse on our own. There was absolutely no high-pressure sales approach, which made the shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. Today's delivery was equally impressive. The delivery team was courteous, skilled, and extremely careful. They successfully maneuvered some very heavy and awkward pieces of furniture up a staircase and around several tight corners without causing any damage to our walls or home. It was clear they took pride in their work and treated our home with great respect. In an age when exceptional customer service can be hard to find, Levin Furniture delivered it at every step of the process. From the showroom to the final placement of our furniture, everyone we worked with was professional, friendly, and committed to ensuring a positive experience. We couldn't be happier with our purchase and would highly recommend Levin Furniture to anyone looking for quality furniture backed by outstanding customer service.

We absolutely love our new furniture! It is very beautiful! Good strong couches. Very comfy. The delivery was smooth and seamless. The men were nice, and they took off their shoes since we just got new carpet the day before! Our sales lady was wonderful too. She was very helpful. Thankyou Levin for selling top of the line furniture!! Blessings. Tom and Danalynn Fruechtel

I had 3 pieces of furniture delivered on January 15th 2026, one of the reclining motors did not operate upon delivery. A very pleasant person by the name of Sabrina offered to have the motor replaced within days of delivery, but instead I did opt for a replacement section. She was very kind to let me enjoy that middle section during my wait time. The other couch and reclining chair all operated fine. On February 21st, 2026, the driver George P and his assistant arrived with my replacement. Not only did they assemble the product and place and operate it to my satisfaction. They did check my first delivery a month earlier and found that the attachment points on my couch did need some additional adjustments as well so that piece was properly assembled. They also operated that first unit as well. They could have just brought the replacement piece and been gone, but they made sure I was 💯 satisfied with both my original delivery and replacement delivery. They went above in my opinion. Speaking volumes for customer satisfaction. Well done all around 👏

We have recently used Levin Furniture to get all new furniture for our house! Levin was absolutely incredible! They had a huge selection of products and truly take the time to help you find exactly what you are looking for! Their pricing was also some of the best that we found. We had Adam from the Avon store help us! We actually went back and added onto on order. Without hesitation Adam went the extra mile and helped out us again! Legit cannot thank Adam enough for all he did! All of our furniture is extremely comfortable and we love to use it! The delivery team was professional and did a great job getting everything in and setting it up! The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. We purchased a decent amount(sofa, 3 recliners, dining room table and chairs and 2 end tables) we have 2 matching recliners in the basement. One of them has a decent scuff on the arm and the other one has feature that doesn’t work on it. All in all I’m extremely happy with Levin and would absolutely use them again in the future.

I took delivery of 3 pieces of custom furniture today. The furniture came in sooner than the 6 weeks expected. I was contacted about delivery and the text messages kept me well informed of arrival time. The delivery was smooth. The delivery staff were polite and professional. Care was taken with the proper placement and testing of the mechanism of the furniture.
