Levin Furniture and Mattress Greensburg

Jessica was a great saleswoman that didn’t follow us around but was very helpful when we needed assistance finding an accent piece. Update!!!! Jessica helped us again this time with a reclining chair and couch. She is an amazing saleswoman that pointed us to what we were looking for. I appreciate your assistance and will continue to purchase from them in the future.

I had mixed encounters at Levins Furniture, the first two times I met sales associates that really were not invested in my interests. They were only interested if I was there to purchase something. They brought no enthusiasm to my encounter. I was interested in one chair and I asked if their were others and was flatly told no. I am really a better Levins shopper than that. I got in my car called Levins customer service and gave them the sku, low and behold there were several more chairs in the inventory. I went back to my original store the next day and spoke with a different associate and explained that I was interested in 2 chairs. That associate was terrific, He helped to secure a second chair at a different lication made additional suggestions, took the time to show my husband and me furniture that would work for our needs and we felt comfortable purchasing 2 chairs and a console loveseat. That is what I think Levins should expect from their associates. I am a long time shopper at Levins so my persistence benefited Levins and me, but I should not have to be the one to take the extra time.

Levin furniture is a really good place to shop for furniture. The salesperson we had Pete was very knowledgeable and very helpful. I was looking for a new recliner and he helped me find the one I wanted. The staff that we encountered there were all very friendly and that made our shopping experience really good.

Don was awesome. He helped me with the financing. He took his time and showed me everything I wanted to see. I didnt buy the first trip but came home and thought it out. When i returned he was there and took his time with my purchase. I am very pleased with the service at Levines.

Overall positive shopping experience. There wasn't any high pressure sales tactics. We easily had questions answered when we needed them but there wasn't a pesky salesperson following us around. And we are extremely particular about our furnishings but we still found the 3 chairs we needed. If I have one criticism...Please change the music you play in the store.
