Levin Furniture and Mattress Monroeville

So my Mom and I visited yesterday and were greeted respectfully and allowed to browse without salespeople hovering over us. They had a multitude of selections well sorted and detailed descriptions. Mr Kevin C noticed us and was quite pleasant and informative. My Mom loved a Merlot Leather sofa with matching chair and ottoman. She joked that she was going to “test the couch “ by doing a running start, jumping over a display and landing on the couch to “see its durability.” Mr Kevin C played right along with her humor and was accommodating jokingly. He informed us of the sale and the additional discounts, offered warranty info and quoted us a fantastic price along with delivery service details. Mom was sold right away and she purchased it with ease. Highly recommend the store for their friendly staff and great customer care! Mr Kevin C was awesome to work with us and he deserves recognition and a bonus for being such a great member of their company! Thank you for the fantastic experience!

Great Store! I had a phenomenal experience working with Dianne Baker. Dianne was an absolute professional, incredibly accommodating, and a true partner to work with. I would recommend this store to all and will certainly be keeping them in mind in the future.

We had a very positive experience shopping for a new recliner at Levin's in Monroeville. Kris was our sales person, and she was a gem. She listened carefully to what my husband was looking for, and she showed us what was in the store that matched. She explained that some of the brands could be further customized to our needs. Kris was soft spoken and pleasant to speak with, not pushy. We found what we wanted, and she took us through the ordering process seamlessly. We are pleased that we shopped there--and the sale wasn't bad, either!

Happy to find the perfect sectional. Jason was friendly and left us to ourselves until we decided. No pressure and good service.

Excellent choice in home furnishings. Their 4th of July sale saved us a lot on the furniture we thought we would not be able to purchase(flex steel). Sales associate was very knowledgeable at helping coordinate accessories, & putting it all together.
