Sleep Number

Lauren was great, very knowledgeable, helpful, and and there was no high pressure sales pitch. The store is very clean, inviting and the entire staff was very friendly. I look forward to the delivery/set up and they will even be moving my heavy older mattress to the upstairs guest room for a very reasonable fee. Buying my new bed was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend the Strongsville, OH store!

We had such a good experience at Sleep Number! John was excellent and so patient with us as we tried all different beds to see what fit us best. He was very informative and was very easy to communicate with.

We recently purchased a bed from Sleep Number and love it! I don't know why we waited so long. The staff at the Strongsville store is wonderful, Especially Kelli! The level of professionalism and friendliness that she provided was outstanding! I highly recommend this store to anyone interested in purchasing a bed.

We had a great shopping experience with Kelli, at Sleep Number in Strongsville, Ohio. We were able to test out the bed that we were interested in buying, and it was very comfortable, as expected. Kelli made sure we understood everything we needed to know about the Sleep Number bed system, and the delivery process. We were able to take advantage of Sleep Number’s President’s Day sales promotions, and the free home delivery service that was offered as part of the promotion. We really appreciate Kelli’s help, and the great deal we got on our new Sleep Number bed. We are replacing a 28-year old Sleep Number bed, and are looking forward to many years of comfortable sleep on our new bed.

Scott was incredibly helpful when my husband and I went in to buy a new bed. He asked good questions to narrow down which bed would be best for us and once we made a decision he took the time to explain all the bed’s features. He also did not pressure the sales of extras or other accessories that we didn’t want.
