Mattress Firm Strongsville

Just purchased new mattress from Mattress Firm in Strongsville & wanted to express how the experience was a positive one. Salesman Timberland was very knowledgeable in the questions we had on various brands & once we made the decision on our specific mattress the processing was excellent & delivery was the next day. The delivery experience was exceptional & removal of the old mattress went smoothly with Devon & Tariq being very efficient.

I am so glad I stopped at Mattress Firm in Strongsville. Timberland was so helpful and kind. He answered all my questions and I got a great sale on what I purchased! Very happy with the whole experience. I recommend them highly!!

We met with Timberland (and Torrean). Timberland walked us through the first day and based on what we felt we needed in a mattress, he recommended checking out a particular mattress at the Rocky River location that the Strongsville one didn't have on the floor. At his suggestion, we went to the Rocky River location a couple days later and met with Torrean, who was also very helpful, showed us the mattress Timberland recommended. Technical difficulties got in the way of us being able to buy that day, but it wasn't without trying several times on Torrean's end and we could see that. He even called the Strongsville location and spoke with Timberland, who tried to remotely finalize our sale (Timberland even remembered us, which I can't say I personally would have if I were in his shoes XD). There was some true teamwork happening that you don't see many places. We returned to the Strongsville location, expecting Timberland as we had been told, but low and behold it was Torrean again and they both had saved everything, so that way check out went smoothly. Both of them were knowledgeable and super helpful in our mattress decision. Timberland told us his experiences with the brand we ultimately went with and that input was very helpful. We appreciated both of their times and efforts to get our new mattress ordered and be shipped to our new home in Georgia!

Timberland (our sales person) was incredible. He patiently explained the differences in mattresses as my husband and I spent well over an hour on two separate trips trying to determine what we wanted. Highly recommend this store and definitely Timberland
