Large variety of nice furniture. Open, easily navigable layout. Good service without too much sales push. Haven't been able to buy from them yet so no comment on quality of furniture yet.

I really wanted to love this shopping experience, but the customer service was non-existent. Despite the store being quiet (workday) no one offered to help us. My husband and I walked around and weren't acknowledged. My husband actually had to go find an associate three times while they were distracted by their phones. We did end up buying a table set because of a great sale, but I hope the staff's attentiveness is addressed.

We have always loved living spaces and their selection of furniture. With that being said their warranty that they use takes forever. We purchased a bed room set and mattress for $6,800 less than two years ago. Our mattress support broke and our bed is no longer usable. We have been without our bed for almost two weeks now(2/22). The claims process took forever and they insisted on "inspecting it for repair first" which the guy said a repair wouldn't be possible. That was on Tuesday 3/3 and we still haven't heard anything about a possible replacement.(Side note I'm also 24 weeks pregnant so thankfully we have a guest bed) Update: 3/11 Finally got an email response from the warranty company saying we can "reselect" the item. After waiting so long and calling the phone number sent by the "owner" that solved nothing, we did some research. We found that our bed frame had a weight capacity of 500lbs. Our mattress that we bought at the same time was already 198lbs. So obviously not enough, the store manager didn't want to take responsibility and was still saying it was up to the warranty company to fix. The frame that needed replacing was $210. We spent $6,800 and they couldn't just give us money back to replace the bed frame.(not shown is the planks that were all broken that laid on top of the actual frame). We were tired of waiting and we just did it ourselves. New frame has a max weight of 3,000lbs from Amazon and was $70.

I normally don’t leave reviews like this, but this experience was incredibly disappointing. We came into Living Spaces specifically because we were shopping for a power lift recliner needed for surgery recovery. Timing was the deciding factor. The website showed delivery availability of 7/5, on 7/4, screenshot attached — which was a major reason we chose to come in and try to purchase a in-stock chair from them on 7/5. By this afternoon (7/5), that delivery timeline had changed to 7/20. The associate who informed us had zero interest in even pursuing additional help or escalation. We walked around the store hoping someone could help us find a solution or even explain our options, and the experience only got more frustrating. The staff was unavailable, chatting, selling mattresses at the front door, disengaged, and there didn’t appear to be any manager presence nor was there anyone taking ownership of helping customers. (It was likely obnoxiously obvious that we needed assistance) I do completely understand inventory management and I know delivery dates can change. What was disappointing was the lack of urgency, poor communication, and void of customer care, especially when we were ready to buy immediately and had a time-sensitive need. Furniture purchases are expensive, and customers should feel like someone actually wants to help them. Unfortunately, this visit left us feeling like we were on our own.

We were here for the first time, shopping for a new sofa set. The staff at the front desk told us exactly where to find different styles and prices. The place is huge but very easy to navigate. We came back to check out the ones we liked, and the staff helped us out with all our questions. Buying it and the financing process was a breeze with just one salesperson while sitting on the sofa we picked. It was a great experience.
