Great experience shopping at Living Spaces. Salesperson answered all my questions and helped me shop for a variety of items. Now I hope the delivery goes smoothly. I’ve had a bad experience before with LS with delivery. Decided to do a customer pickup on this sale to eliminate shipment delays.

This was my first time in Living Spaces, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. Gary one of the sales floor employees assisted me. He was awesome. He was so caring and incredibly helpful! He wasn’t pushy at all, he listened to me and what I was looking for. He was very understanding and most of all friendly. I will definitely be going back!

Extremely poor service experience at the warehouse pickup area. The issue was not with the storefront, but with the warehouse operations. After spending thousands of dollars on an item, customers should not have to wait in line for well over an hour with no apparent system or organization especially with a QR code readily available to determine who will be served next. When speaking inside to customer relations, to be told there was a “lack of communication between storefront and warehouse which could account for the longer wait time,” was a deflection that lacked any accountability. If you value your time, have your items delivered or negotiate terms when buying a product from Living Spaces.

Great customer service from De’Andre Talley. We were able to pick out a different color for the couches and accent pillows. Everything went as smooth as possible. We had always bought our furniture from Living Spaces when we lived and California and it is great knowing they provide the same excellent customer service in Humble, Texas.
