I bought their sectional sofa set, a model that they put on display right next to their showroom entrance. When you sit on that sofa it feels so soft and nice. I ordered the same. But to my surprise the sofa that came home had a completely different feel. Though look wise it appeared the same, it was not same material. It is hard to sit and it pricks. My kids are not able to sit on the sofa for a long time. I called up customer care and they stated it takes 1 year for the sofa to ‘settle’ and become like the one on display. Really? So according to them I have to invest and wait for one year to see return on my investment. These sofas are not cheap. To return the sofa, I will have to pay a restocking fee and another fee for them to pick the sofa from my home for no fault of mine. I just wanted a nice sofa to sit. Are they showcasing better quality product and delivered inferior one?

UPDATE: I’m in your store right now and getting the run around here as well. No one is willing to assist. They just want me to send emails, which I already have and have not gotten a response. Definitely going to BBB and AG next. I purchased the Oasis sectional and many other items from Living Spaces when I first moved to Texas a few months ago. I’ve spent over $10k in furnishing my home with them. Mind you, I’m from the furniture industry and held a high position with a furniture retailer in the north east before moving here. I purposely purchased the Oasis sectional with Crypton fabric because I’m well aware of the fabric’s abilities and durability. I also purchased the protection plan on the sectional. Few months in I had some family visiting with young kids. Along with my kids and my nieces, there was a crayon accident. All good because I know Crypton fabric can be easily cleaned. But nope, not on this sectional from Living Spaces. The stain did not come out, so I submitted a warranty claim. It took a few weeks for a tech to come out who was not able to get the stain out either. I was told I’d get an email or a call with a resolution but neither happened. I had to call in and was told my claim is declined because the stains were accumulated. Again, I’m from the industry, I know how claims work. The stains were not accumulated and I submitted the claim as soon as the stains occurred and I couldn’t get it out myself. As I was speaking the rep, he was dismissing and not helpful. Clearly reciting the memorized script and not empathetic or willing to help. I asked to speak to a manager with the customer care rep and he would not pass me through and then hung up on me. I got an amazing experience when I made the purchase, but when it came to the care after to keep me as a customer, Living Spaces did not keep up a good experience. I’ll be going in to the store now to speak to one of your leaders to assist. But until this is resolved, you get a 1 star from me and this negative review. If your store can’t help, I’ll file a complaint with the AG and BBB. AGAIN - I’m from the furniture industry and hate to sound like that customer but I know the home furnishing product and the process in the industry. This product and your process is a bad one.

You have a great team! We were greeted by staff and pointed us to the right direction and I believe she’s the team leader. We bought Astra tables and chairs and Tasha was the one assisted us. She answered all our questions and she made sure she’s right there as we still deciding to get item or not. Then, she brought us to My who took her time for us to discuss the Kennedy sectional sofa. They were really great! Then as we were about to exit, I heard the team leader saying, “y’all are doing great, team” on their radio. That’s the kind of leader you want in a team. And Tasha and My make such a great member of their Living Spaces Team! You should teach Living Spaces Katy about customer service and how to make better their teamwork.

Living Spaces provided a professional and friendly experience. The salespeople were attentive and low-pressure, and the salesperson that handled my order addressed all questions. They offer a wide range of furniture and prices. I’d recommend them.

Kelly was the BEST! Very experienced in the furniture department! She helped me the entire time I was there! Never did I feel pressured. The staff there do not hound you! Great pricing! Store was clean! They even have a bar! Choosing furniture for multiple rooms in a home can be difficult and I’m just so thankful for her! Thank you for helping me all the way to the end!
