Living Spaces

Went in Saturday with the wife to shop for a new mattress. Found out the Presidents Day sale ended today (Sunday) thanks to Andrew. Real great guy. He was awesome, and provided excellent customer service. He was polite, friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. He answered every question we threw at him, and provided his opinions/recommendations when asked. Andrew made the experience and purchase seamless and easy. Nobody likes spending money on a mattress, but Andrew and Living Spaces (Irvine, CA) made the whole process more pleasurable than one could ask for. Thank you Andrew!

I don't write many reviews but I had a such a great customer experience with DeJaniero, I made an exception. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and very sweet throughout the entire process. You can genuinely tell she enjoys helping people and cares about providing great service. I’ve been to Living Spaces before, but this time was a much better experience because of her. She made everything easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend asking for DeJaniero if you visit!

I recently purchased furniture for my home from Living Spaces in Irvine and had an excellent experience working with Ali. He is an incredibly professional designer with outstanding customer service skills. Ali took the time to understand my style, helped me choose the right furniture, and provided valuable design recommendations that made the entire process easy and enjoyable. His attention to detail, patience, and expertise made a huge difference in creating the perfect look for my home. I truly appreciate all of his help and highly recommend Ali to anyone looking for furniture and design assistance. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Living Spaces delivered the wrong mattress size for our Cal King order. Their own third-party inspection confirmed the mistake. Despite acknowledging the error, they refused to replace it, citing “health and safety” policies — even though the issue was entirely on their end. We were left without a usable bed. We had no choice but to dispute the charge with our credit card company to get our money back. Unacceptable customer service and zero accountability. I would not recommend purchasing from Living Spaces.

Great place! They have an excellent variety of living room furnishings. Our salesman lain was a gentleman and so helpful. He explained to us everything we needed to know and did intercede with floor managers on our behalf. I would definitely buy from them. Great prices as well.
