We got a great deal on a Black friday special. The mattress is for our 13 year old son, so we didn't want to spend a bunch because he's still growing. Shannon the rep was really helpful although he was working alone with many customers and the phone ringing off the hook. We managed to set up payments and delivery through their online system and the drop off was simply at my door in a box. Super easy for us. Bed in a box. I believe they do have an option for set up if that is what you are looking for on something much bigger. This is the second mattress we have purchased from Mattress Firm and they have yet to disappoint. I hope my next visit is for myself for a nice fancy bed. Restful shopping 🛍 😴

Fast, easy process picking a mattress out for our daughters. Salesman was informative and knowledgeable. We described what we wanted and he found the perfect match for us. Will return in the future and can recommend this business to everyone. Prices were very reasonable too. We visited another store before Mattress Firm and their prices were double what we found at Mattress Firm.
