Jen at Mattress Firm Murrieta was fantastic from start to finish. I came in looking for a Purple RestorePremier and she walked me through everything I needed, mattress, adjustable base, sheets, protector, pillows, without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. That kind of patience on a purchase this size is rare and genuinely appreciated. When the sheets I bought turned out to be damaged, she handled the exchange without any hassle, no cost to me. Clean, easy, done. She even stayed on the phone with me while I was working through a financing issue, which went above and beyond what I expected. She clearly cares about the experience, not just closing the sale. If you’re looking for someone who will take the time to actually help you find the right setup without the pushy sales energy, ask for Jen.
View on GoogleWe got a great deal on a Black friday special. The mattress is for our 13 year old son, so we didn't want to spend a bunch because he's still growing. Shannon the rep was really helpful although he was working alone with many customers and the phone ringing off the hook. We managed to set up payments and delivery through their online system and the drop off was simply at my door in a box. Super easy for us. Bed in a box. I believe they do have an option for set up if that is what you are looking for on something much bigger. This is the second mattress we have purchased from Mattress Firm and they have yet to disappoint. I hope my next visit is for myself for a nice fancy bed. Restful shopping 🛍 😴
View on GoogleFast, easy process picking a mattress out for our daughters. Salesman was informative and knowledgeable. We described what we wanted and he found the perfect match for us. Will return in the future and can recommend this business to everyone. Prices were very reasonable too. We visited another store before Mattress Firm and their prices were double what we found at Mattress Firm.

Jennifer knows her job well and answered all questions without hesitation. I will definitely refer this store to friends, family and all others. Thank you Jennifer and mattress firm. 😊
