Rachel was very responsive answering my text within minutes. I was able to schedule an appointment within a day. She showed us a range of mattresses, explaining their features, warrantee, and price without the nonsense. We left with exactly what we needed within 15 minutes of arriving. Friendly, efficient, no nonsense.

Rachel is the BEST! She accommodated us for a same-day appointment and guided us through a focused selection of mattresses, letting us know which ones were designed with additional lumbar support, etc. It was a very easygoing, supportive, fun, and low-pressure experience, and we found exactly what we needed quickly for an affordable monthly payment. She also gave recommendations on the right mattress protector so that we would keep the warranty intact and still be able to enjoy the mattress’s cooling feature - then she helped me find exactly the right sturdy platform for the mattress online, so we wouldn’t have to bother with a cumbersome box spring. Above and beyond! Such a great experience, so glad we came here!

Rachel was the hero of my day! I needed a mattress, like, yesterday. She made a same day appointment for me, I just called her up in the morning and she got me in within 2 hours, and out the door with a new mattress in my car within 30 minutes. She is a great businessperson and a pleasure to do business with. She provides the kind of bespoke service and customer service that feels old-school and that I wish more business owners would make a return to. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a mattress in the Kingston area!

It was definitely amazing to hear how much beds have changed. I got a cooling bed and let me tell you it's the best. Sleeping better than every. On top of i had to go back to get a bed frame and that and the mattress was so easy to put together. Rachel was very helpful and willing to go around my busy schedule.
