I purchased a Leisurecraft indoor sauna from them and it is amazing. The quality is so good and it looks and feels more like something that belongs in a spa or resort. It did take much longer than anticipated to arrive but was absolutely worth the wait. 100% recommend. You wont regret it when all is said and done. The delivery people were really good too.

The good ratings at this place must be fake!
After over six months of dealing with this
company, I am still waiting for parts and services that I already paid for. Communication has been extremely poor. The seller would disappear for months at a time, and follow-up was nearly impossible.
When the crew delivered the hot tub, they placed it on a very uneven surface and said they would come back to straighten it properly, but they never did. I was not familiar with hot tub setup and received NO help or guidance at all.
After six months of repeated follow-ups, we finally received the hot tub step, but it was a cheap Amazon version worth less than half the price of the one we originally ordered. We also paid extra for a hydraulic lifter installation, and to this day, we still have not received it.
I gave this company multiple opportunities to make things right, but it seems they were more interested in getting paid than in fully providing the products and services promised. In my experience, the slightly lower price is not worth the stress, delays, and poor service.

I called every hot tub vendor in our area, close to 15 different stores. Many were like used car salesmen. But not Eric at Sleep and Spas. He walked me through the process, educated me. Just honest, good people. And ended up getting me a hot tub at an unbelievable price. Purchased the Wellis Houston tub.
The team (Ryan, Asa, Brian) went above and beyond. Eric and his crew are genuinely a “customer first” store. I will be a customer for life.

I can't begin to say how poorly I was, and continue to be, treated by Sleep and Spas. Worst experience I have ever had purchasing anything in my life, in this case my first hot tub. "Buyer beware" doesn't fully capture how terrible dealing with Sleep and Spas has been and continues to be. There are two other spa dealers in Kingston NY and I strongly, highly and totally recommend either of them. I would have given Sleep and Spas a negative 5 or 10 stars if I could have. Nightmare.

Update on our nightmare Sleep & Spas experience: I was fortunate to have a bank that was able to stop payment on the defective hot tub. I have offered to buy a new hot tub from Eric that actually works properly, comes to my home properly wrapped and not covered with dirt, has the proper filter and salt package and headrest ( all were missing) with the caviet being Sleep & Spas remove the bad hot tub and only take a 50% mark up on the new unit I'm offering to buy. It's called a " win win" for everyone. I will also move my service agreement and warranty to a different local spa company. His response so far has been to threaten me with legal action. And offer me $1000 to remove the negative review posted above. Stay tuned folks. Maybe the new year will bring a resolution to this mess.
January 30,2026 Update. I continue to make a very generous offer to the owner of Sleep and Spas to settle the matter and get a new functioning hot tub here after 6 months of watching his- not sure what he sold me- defective hot tub taking up space on my deck. His response is to threaten legal action against me. So much for " customer satisfaction being Sleep and Spa's highest priority." Trust me, it's not.

Possibly the best place in New York to buy a hot tub. The people are very friendly and helpful. They walk you through the whole process and also had the best prices around. Very happy with the experience.
