Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattress Outlet

I purchased this really nice couch and loveseat about 3 months ago. Great quality and water resistant, which is great when you have kids! Bobby was my advisor and he was very courteous during the whole experience and answered all of my questions. Would highly recommend him if you ever are in need of furniture!

First time mattress buyer and me and my partner had an amazing experience. Andrea help educate us on how to pick the right mattress. She helped us pick one perfect for us and in our price range. Andrea made sure to assist us through the whole process including setting up delivery. The delivery crew came next day within the time frame we were told and they were very kind. All around great experience. Highly recommend!

Carole was wonderful at the Kingston store. She was patient and showed us many options for mattresses and couches. Such an easy purchase and we trust her completely. Highly recommend!

Had a bad experience. Bought a very expensive loft bed. Bed is beautiful. Had trouble with delivery since it was supposed to be here one day but when it got here there was a part missing. Delivery people had to bring it back in the truck and I was told someone would contact me to tell me a new delivery date. Now keep in mind this was my daughter’s birthday gift. As the incomplete bed left, my kid was so disappointed it broke my heart. Finally was told a new delivery day just a few days later. It finally came, it was complete. It was delivered and assembled. When the delivery team left they didn’t leave spare screws or nothing so I thought I wouldn’t need any. A day later I noticed a railing that’s wobbly and I noticed there’s a screw missing. THERES A SCREW MISSING! 😡 This is a 2 k bed. Money does not grow on trees. We bust our butts off to be able to afford this bed. And when I call to ask about it I’m told if they don’t have one to give it to me, to go buy one. I’m not supposed to go buy one when I already paid 2k for this bed!!! Everything is supposed to be perfect! 😡

It was a pleasure working with Eric! He was able to show us a good selection of furniture pieces that would be suitable for our home. He took the time to listen to what we liked and helped make our shopping experience enjoyable. Ask for Eric when you are ready to shop for furniture.
