Absolutely pleased with the service and products offered at Mattress Firm on Ulster Avenue. They took the time to walk us through all of our options without pushing any particular mattress on us. Super helpful. Super informed. And gave us a great deal on our dream mattress! Would recommend to anyone in the market for a new mattress!
View on GoogleWe recently had to buy a mattress for our guest room and stopped in Mattress Firm. We had the absolute pleasure of working with their associate Sam, who greeted us the moment we walked in the door and proceeded to know every single detail there is to know about every mattress in store. He was thoughtful & considerate of our budget, and was a delight to chat with in general. I'll never even consider buying a mattress from one of those online brands again - MF has been doing this for forever and ensures their employees know this stuff inside and out.
View on GoogleWe had such a great experience at Mattress Firm in Kingston thanks to Shay. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made the whole process seamless—from picking the right mattress to setting up delivery. What really stood out was how kind and patient she was with our daughters, who loved the “bed store” experience and felt included the whole time. Shopping with kids can be stressful, but Shay made it genuinely fun. We’d absolutely shop here again in a heartbeat. Yay, Shay!
View on GoogleThe gentleman that assisted didn’t mention a $99 fee for delivery in Holloway when I noticed it I went back inside and he goes oh that goes to the driver and my husband said look at the sign. I thought it was free delivery. They have to disclose all information. They can’t just overcharge. We felt that he was sneaky and we didn’t really love that. That’s the reason for the two star.
View on GoogleMy salesman Sam was very knowledgeable. He was quick to help with all my questions which I had many as I had done my Homework. He offered me many discounts. I was not aware of and made sure I got the best deal I could and super quick delivery. Thank you very much for all your help.
