"I purchased a microwave here a month ago after being assured by the seller that it worked perfectly. Unfortunately, the unit is defective; it randomly spins without heating, and I have to struggle with the settings for several minutes just to get it to function. When I called to report the issue, the seller was completely dismissive, stating he 'didn't know what I wanted him to do' and offering no assistance or inspection. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of accountability and would not recommend buying from this seller."
