Marlo Furniture and Mattress Store

Anthony Burnette was helpful and efficient. He went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. He encouraged me to return with great advice. An overall outstanding salesman. I am leaving with the perfect couch!

Absolutely amazing experience with my sales representative, Anthony. He was patient each of the 10 times I visited. Anthony ensured I had the best deals which helped me make my final decision to purchase. Thank you Anthony and thank you Marlow for the great discounts as you close your doors forever. Sales representatives like Anthony should be commended for your exceptional customer service. Blessings to you.

I only gave 2 stars because the furniture is nice and I can still use it. I watched as the delivery man dragged the sofa through the truck, I could literally hear the sofa scratching on the trucks floor. He laid down a pad but did not use it. When they carried the sofa into my house I noticed one of the support legs was bent, they looked at it and told me it was broken and to call the store. I called the store and they told me it was nothing they could do because the store is going out of business. In other words you buy as is and if it gets broken in the meantime during delivery there's nothing they can do. The absolute worst, good thing they're going out of business!

Mr Anthony Burnette was AMAZING. He expertly helped us throughout our 2hr visit and answered all of our questions. He also worked out an extra discount off the total. I’d recommend him to any of my friends and family!

The store is setup with a good display of many items on the ground floor. A sales person greets you on entry and endeavors to help. There are two levels with many options to choose from and lovely varieties. One problem, the items are too expensive - even with Black Friday discount. And especially with stores like Price Busters just around the corner. Offering similar items for those on a budget with zero down. Maybe 🤔 that's why they are having a 'going out of business sale' because of competition like Bobs Furniture too. Nonetheless, the items seemed to be of good quality.
