Marlo Furniture and Mattress Store

From outside you would never know his massive this warehouse is! Quite a variety of furniture! We loved the King size bed and the Gentleman, Anthony I think was calm and collected, and not pushy! They just need to clean the little weeds outside that’s growing in between the concrete outside.

I had a great experience at Marlo Furniture. The process was fast, smooth, and efficient from start to finish. Mr. Tony was very pleasant to work with—professional, helpful, and made everything easy. I was so satisfied that I came back for pillows, and I’ll definitely be returning for more items very soon!

I’d give one star but Google won’t let me. I was sold an unusable product. This product wasn’t just a clearance item or a floor item with blemishes and slight imperfections it’s unusable and should have been removed from stock. You guys should be ashamed and I have pictures to prove it.

Worked with Beth and Tony great experience greeted at the door ask what I was looking for took my husband and I right to what we wanted’ bought on the spot!

I had a disappointing experience at Marlo Furniture in Fredericksburg, VA, primarily due to misleading sales tactics. During my visit, I was told that many items had been significantly marked down. However, after taking photos of price tags and serial numbers and researching the actual retail values, I found that several pieces were not discounted as claimed. In some cases, prices appeared to be marked up and then crossed out to create the illusion of a sale, with the “discounted” price matching—or even exceeding—standard retail pricing. Additionally, the store advertises that it is “going out of business,” but after doing some research, I learned this claim has reportedly been used for years. This appears to be another tactic meant to create urgency and give customers the impression they are getting exceptional deals when that may not be the case. Anyone with sales experience will likely recognize these as common tactics, but customers who don’t research furniture pricing could easily be misled. I strongly recommend doing your homework and comparing prices elsewhere before making a purchase here.
