Bob’s Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

I went in looking for a mattress. Wasn't sure exactly what I wanted or needed. The salesman and store manager, Lamar were extremely knowledgeable. Lamar went the extra mile to fully educate me on the many types of mattresses. He allowed me to try several of them. What I initially thought I wanted was not what I ended up purchasing. Both the salesman and Lamar made my experience very enjoyable. I'm so happy I decided to go to Bob's. Top notch customer service!

Thank you for allowing me to share. I entered Bobs furniture store as a first time customer. Not knowing what to expect. I just needed a queen mattress and an adjustable frame. I was greeted by Mrs. K. Duran. She introduced self and proceeded to listen to what I needed. She was patient, professional and not persistent. I’m so happy with my purchase. They have an amazing variety of everything for your home. I will be back soon looking for Mrs. K. Duran’s assistance. Thanks also to the Manager that was on duty he introduced himself as well. I’m a Dallas fan, so this would have been even more spectacular, if I could have received a Cowboy discount.😂 Thanks again.

Wanting to downsize from a 72” sofa to a 65” loveseat, and something different (color and style). I checked Bob’s, and other furniture stores, but wasn’t happy with the selections or the colors. Then a Bob’s ad pop up on my internet page showing a mid-century loveseat in a lovely russet color (I didn’t see it on my first visit) - and I knew it was what I was looking for! Back to Bob’s to get my loveseat. Other stores had this same style, but not the color and twice the price. I am ver happy with my loveseat! Note: the pillows did not come with the loveseat

Bob's has always been my go-to for decently priced, nice furniture. This time I worked with Geovaun. He remembered a mattress I wanted on my last visit, which was months ago. Then, he helped me find the bed to go with the mattress. He thoroughly explained what would come with my purchase, checked for any eligible discounts, and readily updated my delivery request to a sooner date after my schedule changed. Of course, the delivery crew when they arrived were timely as well. Overall, it was a good visit. I came in to buy a bed and it was delivered four days later.
