Mathis Outlet

Wonderful experience. Lika was very knowledgeable, didn't over sell. Very patient with us and made sure we approved and understood the total price before completing purchase.

My family and I (husband and 2 teenage daughters) went to the Mathis Outlet in search of new beds for the kids. We walked in and were not stalked at all! We got to look around for a good little while before John, in mattresses, asked if we needed help. John heard me telling the girls which beds to NOT try out because they were too expensive LOL. John asked what our budget was, which I in turn answered "cheap!" John took us to some mattresses we didnt even realize were there. They were super reasonable! I was shocked because I'm used to Mathis Bros being way out of my price range. John hooked us up with Edgar who helped us find headboards. We ended up purchasing new beds with no need to shop around. John and Edgar made us all feel welcomed and engaged with not only the adults, but our children as well. It was a great experience. We will most definitely be back soon. As a bonus, they now have The Fried Taco and mmmmm it's delicious 😋

Ryan was kind and helpful. Ane a special thank to Kaitlyn S. Who went above and beyond to help us get our new living room furniture. She deserves a special thank you they both do. It was a real pleasure meeting in conversating with them. We will definitely be back soon for more furniture. Also I would just like to say the experience was the most common relaxing experience buying furniture ever thank you

Nice selection of lift chairs for my FIL. Our salesman Derrick was very nice and helpful and went above and beyond to find us what we were looking for. In fact, everyone working in the store was very nice. The fried tacos were good too.

It was the easiest experience I ever had buying furniture. Then after the delivery I discovered the chair was not comfortable at all, it was stiff & ungiving. I guess the one at the store had been broke in or something. I called my salesman & arranged for an exchange for another chair I had admired. It was all taken care of in a matter of minutes - all over the phone! Who knew!?? And the membership - is no small deal! The discount is remarkable, plus each month you get $20 to eat at their little restaurant 'The Fried Taco' & the food is actually really good. You can't beat a deal like that!!!
