Mathis Sleep

Very experienced/professional sales assistant guided us through all available options. we were very confident with the product we selected. It was a pleasure working with him.

Our sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable. No pushy sales tactics, came in looking for some accessories, they made some recommendations and stuck to items we asked about. Overall highly satisfied with our visit!

Super nice people. Have many mattresses to choose from. Prices aren't to bad. You can even finance with them and makes owning a great bed even better. Bernie was very helpful and knowledgeable

My wife and I recently visited this store, we found a mattress that we really loved, but it was out of our price range. We were told that they had a return mattress that we like with no issues and that we could have it for a discount price, we were also told that if the mattress was damaged, it would be covered by factory warranty upon taking the mattress home. There is a giant dip in the middle of the mattress. We contacted the store which sent us to the manager. The manager then told us that we were stuck with a mattress or we could trade it in for a different mattress, close to the same value.\n So now we're stuck with a mattress that we are making payments on that we cannot use I do not recommend this store. They lie and they sell broken products, go anywhere else but this place. Also, the lady that you talk to, when you call in will not let you speak to anyone. Unless she approves this, she will argue with you about things that I don't believe she really knows it's very frustrating knowing that I came to a big chain store and got treated like crap go anywhere else but this place.

From start to finish our experience was great. Our sales person, Tiya, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I never knew there was so much to learn about mattresses and so much to learn about my sleep positions. The management team, Tremaine and Robert stole the show bringing it all home. Thank you for great service and a great mattress. My neck and lower back are grateful!
