Service was excellent! Cynthia was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in helping us make our minds up on the bed we needed. She helped point us to several options and fielded any questions we had but didn’t hover, stepping away for a bit to give us time to see how the mattress felt. But was close enough to respond quickly to any questions we may have come up with.

Cynthea was an excellent person to work with. She took the time to explain every bed and break down the available payment options. She anticipated our sleep needs very accurately, was friendly and knowledgeable. We definitely plan to work with her again in the future!

Joe really was great and personable. Helped us complete my daughter’s bedroom quickly with us just being in town for the weekend. Went to their other location to pick up our merchandise and was greeted by Cynthea. She is amazing! Definitely recommend going to either location for great customer service.

We had the best experience at Mathis sleep center in Lubbock today while mattress shopping. After visiting another store we decided to go to Mathis as we'd previously purchased our last mattress there. Cynthia Schierman greeted us and immediately went to work trying to find us the best mattress to fit our needs. She was SO friendly and accommodating. She was thorough in giving us options and ultimately found us an amazing buy. Additionally, she informed us of the Mathis furniture store online and subsequently helped us with purchasing a new bedroom set to fit our new California king intellibed mattress set! We will absolutely continue to be repeat customers at Mathis - primarily because of the service Cynthia provided.

We had a great buying experience at Matthis. We window shopped a few months ago and never felt pressured to buy. Same thing today, thankfully Jeannie was there again to help us. She explained all the differences, gave us liberty to try them all out and come to a decision. She never tried to pressure us or upsale us when we narrowed things down. She took care of us every step of the way through our decision to buy. Joe was also a help and both made the time there enjoyable and we had several laughs. We also enjoyed the massage chair as we made the final decision. When you go ask for Jeannie or Joe, they will take care of you!!! We are looking forward to many great nights of sleep.
