Mathis Sleep

Robin has some of the sweetest customer service we've ever experienced. He took his time to show us every mattress in the store, discuss the benefits of each, share his family's personal experience, and answer every question I or my 7yo could come up with. She loved it so much that my daughter asked if we could go back there for a lunch date!😆👏 Thank you guys for your care, patience, and enthusiasm!

Customers BEWARE we got bed bugs from a new mattress and adjustable bed frame purchased from Mathis Sleep. This ordeal has cost us financially a $5000 loss on the bed, loss of work, cost of treatments, bedding and endless restless nights, anxiety and trauma. Myself nor my husband felt comfortable keeping the bed or frame and now are having to purchase another matress and frame from elsewhere. We were long time customers and WILL NEVER use this place again. We will tell friends and family about Mathis Sleep, word of mouth goes a long way. The name that you are seeing is mine, I DON'T have an account with Mathis. My husband does, there is a case open with your Risk Management Team (case #25B208578). I've provided pictures, of the bites on his body, the bugs, receipts, all that your team asked for. I've received NO response and had conversations with several customer service representatives. All phone calls are recorded, please take a listen to the last call I made. The representative I talked to was rude and thought she was an expert on bed bugs. I hung up on her, and my post is the only way I feel I can warn customers. Also I included screenshots of another customer stating she got bed bugs from Mathis, just 2 monthes ago. Also, not ONLY did your delivery truck take our used mattress and adjustable bed frame which was purchased from your store. But there were other used mattresses from the previous stops in the same delivery truck. Maybe you should check the well being of the individuals whom used mattress was in the truck with ours. I know this because one of those mattresses had tipped over during delivery and was leaned on our slightly wrapped mattress. I delivery driver pointed out our mattress behind the used one when I asked where it was. PLEASE SHARE THIS POST WITH WHOMEVER YOU CHOOSE. MAYBE THEM WE CAN GET RESPONSE. THANK YOU.

Dave was fantastic! He was a purple expert and helped us find the perfect mattress! He also is saving me from overheating during this pregnancy with all the best cooling accessories! Great experience! Would definitely recommend!!!

Robin was excellent help! very comfortable to talk to and knowledgable about the latest also tech and all our financing options, but left us plenty of space to try out pillows and discuss amongst ourselves. we'll definitely be back again soon to replace our old bed too.
