Mathis Sleep

Robert helped us pick out a chair that was on clearance sale Big savings, very helpful and friendly. Also, was not offended when asked if we could just look around. Lots of beautiful furniture and beds.

We can’t say enough good things about our experience at Mathis Sleep Center. We had to return our original mattress, and GL made the entire process smooth and stress free. Lindsay was also very helpful during our initial sales process. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and made us feel confident in our first selection. Instead of rushing us, GL really took the time to understand what didn’t work and helped guide us toward something that truly fit both of our sleep styles. He was patient, knowledgeable, and never pushy. He was just genuinely helpful. Returning a mattress could have been frustrating, but GL went out of his way to make sure we felt taken care of and completely confident in our new choice. The entire staff was kind, professional, and welcoming from start to finish. We are so grateful for the help and would absolutely recommend them.

I was looking to buy a full size mattress. I laid on about 8 mattresses and some I thought would be a good choice were not available in full size. I found a beautiful Mattress and placed an order. I should have it in about 10 days. Lindsey my helper was very patient and helpful.

Our salesperson Holly was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. She spent a good bit of time explaining the different mattress choices and answered all our questions. I would definitely recommend Mathis Sleep when shopping for a mattress.

Lindsey did a good job with sales, but after waiting 3 weeks for the mattress to arrive, they delivered the wrong size. It took another week to get it fixed. Once I have a chance to try the new bed and stop being irritated by the lack of urgency to fix the issue, I may bump the rating up a bit. Depends on the product quality.
