Shopping for a twin mattress, I found Matress Brokers of Horry County in Longs and had a very pleasant experience. Jeannie greeted us, asked questions and led us to a mattress to discover the firmness i was looking for. Jeannie was very pleasant and patient which put me at ease in my purchasing decision. I found the very product I was looking for at a reasonable price. We loaded up and we drove it away. I would highly recommend Jeannie and Horry County if you are looking for a good mattress.
View on GoogleJeannie was very kind, awesome, thoughtful, and patient. She walked around with me, allowed me to lay on every bed I wanted to try, and thoroughly explained prices, procedures, and all of my options. She walked me through payment methods and every step of the process. She even has the cutest little dog! Customer service, hospitality, patience — the whole nine yards was 100% amazing. I will definitely be back!
