If I could give J & K Furniture in Little River more than five stars, I absolutely would! From the moment we walked into the store, the customer service was exceptional. Our designer, Jessica, truly made the experience unforgettable. She came to our home, carefully measured every room, and made sure the dining table and credenza we ordered fit the space perfectly. She also helped us design our great room by selecting the perfect modular sofa and swivel barrel chairs. We were on a tight timeline because we had guests coming and no furniture for them to sit on, and Jessica worked incredibly hard to find beautiful, high-quality pieces that were in stock and available quickly. What impressed me most was her dedication to her customers. She even gave me her personal cell phone number and answered my questions about rug sizes while she was at home on her day off. That level of customer service is almost unheard of today. Jessica is knowledgeable, professional, patient, and genuinely cares about helping her customers create a beautiful home. She is even continuing to help us select the perfect coffee table and end tables! The manager, Roy, was incredibly helpful from the very beginning. He took the time to check the inventory system to make sure the pieces we wanted were actually in stock so we could furnish our home quickly. He was kind, professional, courteous, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. It’s clear he takes pride in running an outstanding store. I also cannot say enough wonderful things about the delivery team which consisted of Brian, Quinton, and Ford. They were, without question, the best furniture delivery team we have ever had. Every piece of furniture was completely wrapped and protected, they wore gloves, and they handled everything with incredible care. They were meticulous about making sure nothing touched or damaged our walls, left everything spotless, and assembled all of our furniture perfectly. They were friendly, courteous, professional, and clearly took great pride in their work. Unfortunately, we recently had furniture delivered by another company that dented our walls and left a mess behind, so the difference was remarkable. Brian, Quinton, and Ford exceeded every expectation. They even moved 2 heavy boxes for us into our garage. From Roy’s leadership, to Jessica’s exceptional design expertise, to the outstanding white-glove delivery provided by Brian, Quinton, and Ford, every aspect of our experience with J & K Furniture in Little River has been first-class. It is refreshing to find a company where every member of the team truly cares about the customer experience. I highly recommend J & K Furniture in Little River. If you’re looking for beautiful furniture, exceptional customer service, knowledgeable designers, and a delivery team that treats your home with the utmost care and respect, look no further. I cannot express enough the positive level of service and support provided by Geralyn our sales consultant/designer as well as the store manager, Roy. They have been incredibly helpful, responsive and understanding throughout the process. Geralyn not only helped with furniture selection and design ideas, but also coordinated the set up during our delivery. Even the delivery team from J&K is great. I highly recommend them and their products - you will not be disappointed.

We updated several rooms with Geralyn Marshburn, who provided professional & courteous guidance and counsel throughout the process. She provided recommendations& options at various price points with a keen sense of our likes and dislikes as well . Geralyn remained engaged , involved & was a great communicator throughout the process. Not only did Geralyn visit our home on the front end of our purchase but also joined the delivery men Brian & Quinton on the day of deliver to provide oversight& properly position our furniture. The delivery crew were timely efficient & professional as well. The team went above and beyond the very process and we would highly recommend then to anyone seeking to purchase home furnishings.

We had been shopping for furniture for our new house for a while and had been unable to find a store in the area that had furniture that appealed to us. We discovered J&K Furnishings by accident and as soon as we walked in we knew we had found the right place. They have a huge selection of beautiful, high quality furniture. And the best part was their design service. We worked with Geralyn who was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and really listened to what we wanted. Plus she has a delightful personality which helped take the stress out of furniture shopping. She came to our house on delivery day to help us set up our furniture and rugs properly and was very meticulous about the placement of everything. We are thrilled with the final result.
View on GoogleWe furnished a full house from J&K and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. We worked with Gerelyn as our designer and she was so knowledgable and guided us to the right pieces every time. She made sure we stayed on budget, picked pieces that would work for both us and renters, and made sure every piece was going to fit beautifully in our space. We also got our mattresses, and shutters/shades from J&K and that was great too. The delivery men were true professionals. Building a beach house is a challenging experience but Gerelyn and the whole J&K team were a bright spot. Would give more than 5 stars if I could!! Our space looks gorgeous in big part to J&K.
