J&K Home Furnishings / Mattress ZZZS

Store Closing, awesome deals & great staff. Still has delivery available & more items very reasonably priced.

We made a mistake buying sofas in this store. The quality is disgusting. The folding mechanism was broken from the first day and my husband had to fix it, nails are sticking out, the padding is sticking out from everywhere, the board is cracked and the fabric is nailed to the bottom of the sofa anyhow, nails and staples are sticking out from the bottom of the sofa that we hurt our hands when we were transporting the sofas to another city. I do not recommend anyone to buy sofas here. They do not check the quality at all. Very disappointed. P.S. My husband did not want to call and return the goods because the metal mechanism was broken and he fixed it himself. We saw the whole horror only when we moved to another city and had to take out the sofas. We did not expect such "quality". The sofas are not professionally made. The board is of poor quality and has a crack, the upholstery fabric is not nailed down and pieces of padding polyester stick out from under the fabric. Staples and nails stick out all over the bottom of the sofa where possible, but not where it is necessary to nail the boards well and secure the upholstery fabric. A warranty is not needed for sofas if they are made well. The supplier of these sofas and your employees should check the goods before selling.

Julie was amazing!!! Very knowledgeable and efficient!! We couldn't be happier. She showed us exactly what we wanted !! It arrived a few days later and the the two delivery men were so polite, helpful and professional. I would highly recommend JK Home Furnishings.

We just stopped in the store and was greeted by Derek and another gentleman and they were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back. See you Wednesday.
