Merissa was very professional and personable. My schedule kept changing and she was very flexible and accommodating. My husband, myself, and our twins were able to see the mattresses we wanted to convert the twins to a "big boy room". Everything went smoothly and the boys love their new beds! The mattresses are extremely comfortable too and were affordable. Will definitely buy from this company again the next time we're shopping for a new mattress.
View on GoogleMerissa was great, when I’m spending my money I expect good customer service and Merissa was great. She explained the SNAP process in a way that I understood. She’s very knowledgeable of her products gave me a great recommendation on the type of mattress I needed as I have lower back problems. I needed a California King which had to be ordered but she set my expectations for delivery and they were delivery on said date between the type frame given. My mattress was delivered taken upstairs to my bedroom and setup the entire process was painless. I LOVE MY MATTRESS they actually feel better than the sleep number I had. Thanks Merissa I appreciate you.
View on GoogleWhat a seamless experience! I contacted Merissa from out of state with a desperate request to have a mattress delivered same day once I arrived in GA. She did not disappoint with the inventory or customer service. She was right on time with the appointment, was personable, did not rush me and very informative. She knows her products and had a selection for every price range. She did not try to oversell me when I told her my price range. I left with a queen and twin as well as mattress covers. They were delivered within a few hours. My mattresses are comfortable and exactly as expected when I picked them out on the showroom floor. Highly recommend!

She is knowledgeable of her products and has the best prices hands down. And don't fret if you have little ones, she also has a kids play area to keep your little ones entertained while you shop.
