We had an outstanding experience with Mattress by Appointment, and especially with Chris. From start to finish, Chris made it clear that our best interests and needs came first—whether or not we purchased a mattress from him. That level of honesty and integrity is rare and truly appreciated.
He is trustworthy, patient, and extremely knowledgeable, and he took the time over multiple visits to thoroughly explain options, answer every question, and help us make the right decision without any pressure. The entire process was simple, informative, and stress-free.
We visited several major mattress stores to compare quality and value, and Mattress by Appointment was by far the best in both product and pricing. The value is unbeatable, and the customer service is on a completely different level.

I had an amazing experience with Chris at Mattress by Appointment, and I honestly can’t recommend him enough. From start to finish, the entire process was super easy, stress-free, and actually enjoyable—which is not something you usually say when buying a mattress.
Chris was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. He explained the different mattress options clearly, answered all my questions, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people get the right mattress, not just making a sale.

OMG! Chris is AMAZING! We were a few minutes late for our appointment (due to rain) but he was so patient! He was so personable and not once were we rushed. He helped talk us through our options. And the delivery fee is steal! He was so kind and entertaining. We 100% RECOMMEND him to EVERYONE! Just make an appointment with Chris and sleep well after!

I'm 9 months pregnant. My back has been in so much pain with our current cheap Amazon mattress. Our family just moved this last weekend and we thought we could make it on the Amazon mattress for while but it wasn't working out. I needed a mattress ASAP and Chris delivered in every way. I was able to reach out to Mattress by Appointment, get into an appointment and take home the mattress all same day. Chris was super down to earth, not pushy and helpful to get me what I needed. He's very personable and was willing to work with me on my urgent need for a better mattress. His mattresses in store are all legit and on top of that, he took time to deliver the mattress himself free of charge. I will be referring him to anyone else I know that may need a mattress in the future and hopefully when timing is right, we'll be able to go back for an upgrade, too!
