I visited the store and was immediately greeted by Rigel. After hearing my needs and pride range, he showed me some great options and explained each. He has a great personality and sense of humor. I also love that the mattress was in stock and nicely boxed, so that we were able to take it home on the spot. Plus, Rigel actually loaded the mattress in the vehicle. Overall, great experience at the store and with Rigel.

Ryan knew his product well and we narrowed it down to two and very happy with our final choice. We asked him about pillows he asked what we had and what we are looking for after bring the several that he suggested, again we Wow, you look really good.
